ZF Research and Development facility

ZF are a Research & Development Technology company for the automotive industry. They design, develop, and test automotive and aerospace products and required a new building to bring together teams of engineers and technologists into a single facility known as The Hub.

The building combines a complex R&D Technical Building with a high-spec office, connected by a glazed link, with full restaurant and break-out facilities in the landscaped setting of Blythe Valley park in Solihull.

The project was highly engineered to provide bespoke testing facilities for world leading automotive and motorsport technological development.
