Winvic Head Offices

Winvic, contractors for many of our buildings, chose us to design their 13,500ft2 Headquarters office building.

We incorporated design features from the client’s portfolio of contemporary buildings.

The exterior cladding uses state of the art off-site technology, insulated flat panels both exposed and clad in terracotta rainscreen.

The top storey, set back behind the oversailing gull-wing roof, is designed as an archive store, with potential for future conversion, should the business require more office space.
