Lyons Park, Coventry

This was the historic site for all Jaguar car production, as well as their corporate headquarters until 2005, when the main factory closed after 75 years of production.

The site was redeveloped by Goodman and to date includes 5 buildings, an Amazon Fulfilment centre of 631,919ft2, a unit of 135,000ft2, and 5 smaller units within the remaining three buildings totalling 214,580ft2.

The buildings are straightforward, with offices contained within the main volume and simple black and white detailing highlighted with Goodman green trims.
