Kuehne+Nagel, East Midlands Gateway

The distribution centre for Kuehne+Nagel forms part of the SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway. The project was delivered under a turnkey to include fit out of temperature controlled areas and Refrigerated boxes. This variety of internal spaces was to allow K+N to accommodate different client requirements.

The flexibility of the design was further reflected in cross docking supplemented by the whole end of the building having a level access canopy and 6 rapid roll doors.

The building is completed with a three storey office to the estate road frontage, articulated in K+N blue and white colours.
