A proven skillset in BIM implementation and coordination, Lucas has a sharp command of Revit, 3D modelling, and advanced visualisation tools—skills he uses not only to enhance design precision but also to streamline collaboration across project teams.

His portfolio includes the successful delivery of several high-profile car park schemes, including Blackpool, Smithfield, Colchester, and Tunbridge Wells. His work has been recognised at the British Parking Awards, with accolades such as Best New Car Park (2025) and Best New Hospital Car Park (2023), underscoring his ability to marry technical excellence with real-world functionality.

Since joining pHp, Lucas has been a key technical contributor on complex logistics and crematorium projects, applying digital workflows and data-driven design to improve efficiency, coordination, and build quality from concept through to construction.
