After completing a first phase for Staples, the second phase on this development was designed and fitted out for end-user Argos, with a cross-docked warehouse of 500,000ft2 and an attached 3 storey office of 15,000ft2.The fit-out included sprinklers, co-ordinated with a full racking system.

The remaining site had been zoned for B1 use, but we were able to obtain Planning permission for B8 by creating a more distinctive form, with two buildings providing a total area of 450,000ft2. Strategic planning made the best use of a sloping site, with the articulated office areas placed on the two most prominent corners.
