The project provided 50,000ft2 of speculative offices in a 3 storey building at Keresley Park, Coventry.
Offices with a clear span of 15 metres have suspended ceilings and raised floors. The large expanses of glazing provide light interiors, with brise soliel offering solar protection to exposed façades.
The building envelope is clad in flat insulated panels, flush with the sealed glazing. The cladding is broken up into simple planes, with light silver coloured panels in front of a grey background, articulating and modulating the exterior.
The main entrance features a full height atrium with a curved frameless glass front wall and dramatic stainless steel stair. The rear wall of the atrium, and those of the 4 escape stairs were picked out in a strong terracotta to provide emphasis within the muted overall interior.
